To our valued customers. Instead of billing several
invoices per month for each service after more
critical events we now are following a more simplified
single service bill at the start
of each month for purchased hours. These hours can be used up at your
convenience and as an incentive we have included extra features and services for
the first time with each of these plans.
With each plan, in the event that no critical events occur, a visit would
still take place on a
pre-scheduled date. We
will perform tune-ups, backups,
virus scans and more preventative care to avoid
potential future downtime.
We have come up with 4 different plans
to accomodate everyone:
Plan 1 - in home $89
includes:
HOME: 1 in home visit (2 hours)
PLUS
REMOTE: half hour remote assistance

PREVENTATIVE MAINTENANCES: in the event of no urgent maintenance,
each hour will be replaced by scheduled preventative maintenances,
system updates, speed increases, fan checks, and backup to external drive.
